There are no warps per se in this game. You are thinking of the boost jumps. Just submit your times to any% anyway, it still fits under the definition of any%. Nobody cares if you use skips or not. There won't be a category for that seperately.
Emulator now allowed
Emulator runs are now allowed on the leaderboards.
You can use Dolphin 5.0 to play the Wii version. Dolphin loads faster than any legitimate platform, therefore emulator runs will remain hidden by default but can still be submitted without any issues.
