Capping the game at 60fps

To have a valid run, you need to cap your game fps at 60, the goal of this document is to list the working solution that were found.

## libstrangle

- If you are on Arch or a derivative, install libstrangle-git from the AUR.
- Otherwise, download the fork of libstrangle on gitlab : https://gitlab.com/torkel104/libstrangle (the original version on github is abandoned and outdated).
- Follow the build instruction and update your PATH.
- Open the Coromon settings in steam and type "strangle -f 60 %command%" in the "Launch Options" textbox.
- Launch the game and check that it doesn't go above 60fps anymore.
