Twilight Menu++ essentially loads .nds files from an SD card to a 3ds, instead of from a game card. As much as I’d love to run this game on my better, non-Homebrew 3DS, i don’t have a reliable source of income to buy the game, and I really want to start running it now. Would this be allowed? As far as I know, TM++ doesn’t change load times.

i donrt see why not, I run on emu so it seems fine
