Note: This tutorial is not meant to be all-inclusive. These are just the things I think are important to learn the run

Cactus Canyon (CC): This is the easiest stage in the run by a mile. The run doesn't really start till Shady Springs, but we'll get to that when we get to that. The start of the level is extremely easy, you shouldn't have to try too hard to get through it fast. The first real thing you have to approach differently than you would in a casual run is the group of scarecrows. It's best to jump in the middle of the scarecrows then punch both of them alternating which one you punch. If you got it right your time going into the next screen should be a low 12 to a high 11. (All numbers for room exits are listed according to the in game timer.) Approach the dart room as you would in a normal run, your goal time should be a high 22 to a low 23. The third room is where it starts ramping up. Jump on the edge of the last strip of ground, then drop through the platform, at the ladders, grab the second, third, sixth, then eigth rung and jump. It's faster to spam jump on ropes than to just go across normally. You should exit the room at around 38-39.
