Always see mouse cursor (during cutscenes)

Enter level 29 and play through it. When you reach the part after the maze, you will fall down and see your cursor as an hourglass. Now, you can escape the level and start a new game or any level and you will always see your mouse cursor during cutscenes.
Millisecond addition
Now runs come in milliseconds, making the leaderboards more competitive!
