Ok I loaded up the practice mod for the first time in a couple of months and was wondering what the seen rng thing was and what a seed is

I’m not an expert on this, but seed manipulates RNG, which consists of balloon position. If you know what you are doing (which I do not), you can adjust the seed for greatest chances of optimal balloon positions for certain routes that involve balloon RNG such as 900.

yeah the balloon's starting position is randomly determined when it loads, the seed will seed the randomness so you get the same pattern every time, and different seeds have different patterns so you can experiment to find the right one
