I originally thought you had to tap up and down on roller skate to move, it does give you a nice boost, escpecially big you do it fast. Maybe you could boost everytime to start and move up to the top to crash you could definitely save some time, also maybe you could crash earlier on bmx

for the TAS I think I crash the earliest for the BMX (checking for every frame). maybe doing a back flip would be faster? I can try that. but yeah for the run we can improve some time by crashing earlier. For skating yeah doing some quick boosting with improve the time for the TAS. Maybe holding up first and then do a quick boost might be better... but yeah many things to try.

I think I will work on a low optimization TAS for the All Events - High Score next, I'm doing some research now and I'm keeping a guide updated. I think this category will be a real challenge, I might focus more on this one

@Longtongue was right, you can crash earlier for BMX! @AntBlueR did a stream this morning and he was able to jump from the top of the ramp:

it's humanly possible to do it, you can crash at "0:01.2" instead of "0:01.7" in game timer (saving 28 frames).

Another improvement found by @AntBlueR: it's faster to crash on the ice cream on the second try for Skating (saving 19 frames)

Here is the TAS v2, I did many inputs optimization and include the 2 new shortcuts found for skating and BMX. I upload the TAS in the ressource: https://www.speedrun.com/tools/California_Games_-_Any_-_V2_7bnbg.zip
