Run starts when you click start. When you click on Disguise, you should be about 5 seconds in. When the truck brakes, you should be 14 seconds in. When the bank worker says "one", you should be 20 seconds in. When you land in the truck, you should be 25 seconds in. When the truck goes in the bank, you should be 30 seconds in. When you get caught, you should be 40 seconds in. When you should stop the timer when the screen turns black, you should be around 48.5 seconds.

If you are 0.5 seconds behind the WR, then you are either 1. Bad at timing, or 2. Bad at clicking fast.
