Phisherman's Card Glitch

Using the Phisherman's credit card before talking to any NPC who can initiate a camera change (example: Furrobotto) can cause the slow-mode from the Phishermans credit card to be permanent, this effect is not removed when walking through loading zones.

Conversely, it can also induce a permanent speed-up (which also persists through loading zones).

This could be useful in any run that already involves doing the nice guys mission, such as %100, or All Missions.
