i have had so many good butter dog runs lately, but they have been ruined by the guy who sells butter not being there! he just isn’t at the stable! how do i fix this?

It's just RNG unfortunately and there's no known way to manipulate it (at least for butter dog). This is just a pain with traveler NPC's we have to deal with
