Why are there moderators abusing their power to get wr. Like how Mhyke has a co-op run in the solo category. (Forsaken pack) and has other suspicious runs in vanguard where he skips main dialogue in co-op to enter portals faster when it’s obviously not a thing you can do. Even the solo wr holder has spoken out that it is a cheated/illegal run. And lastly why are there mods verifying their own runs, that is actually illegal and frowned upon in the Speedrun community. It is extremely unfair to others who have to wait sometimes days for run to be verified when a mod can just claim 1st and verify his/hers run in 5mins. Something needed to be said bc I get a lot of questions about these runs being corrupt and I kinda do think they are in a way. Just a heads up for those that didn’t know this was happening. And please fix the runs that are in the obviously wrong category. No hate just info

Hey, firstly in regards to the run in the wrong category, ive fixed that now. In terms of other runs which might or might not be cheated/illegal I have no clue since I dont keep up with Cold War at all.

But on the topic of mods verifying their own runs, I think its always better to have someone else look at it first, just incase there is something wrong with the run, but thats the reason why verifiers can not verify their own runs, so that they cant put anything of theirs onto the board without it being checked. Then full mods usually can be more trusted to know if a run they have put up will be done legit.
