The Atlas puzzle requires you to place the 3 light receptors in front of the light beams. There are 6 possible starting positions for these light receptors. The receptors can be moved by using the 6 buttons at the bridge at spawn. These buttons are in sets of 2, each button in a set does the same movement, but in the opposite direction. Also, if you do the same movement 12 times, you will end up in the same position as before, it's all circles of 12. Like a clock.
All you need to do is to look ingame in what starting position your light receptors are. Then, find that starting position in the following image album:
In this album I highlighted the starting positions using red so it's a lot easier to see. Once you know what starting position you have, follow the instructions on that image. The minus symbol means you gotta press the left button of the set, the plus symbol means you gotta press the right button of a set.
