Hey i patched borderlands to 110 but ingame i cant see the healthbar and do no dmg

Sounds like you've selected UVHM. That playthrough doesn't exist in a proper state on patch 1.1, you'll have to play only in NG and TVHM

Is there any way so i can play UVHM with merge glitch?

Yes, merging exists on every patch except for current. You can patch to 1.8.3 and have merging without missing out on any content

Where can i get the patch 1.8.3?

The same patcher that you got 1.1 from, just patch from 110 to 160
