Beware: while it might seem convenient, you can't do the run on an Everdrive or PowerPak because flashcarts will not swap side automatically with this game (unlicensed shenanigans), plus you can't decide which disk side is still in on when you reset!

So it boils down to the fact that the bare minimum setup on real hardware is either a FDS RAM adapter and an original disk (or a FDSKey/FDSStick/rewritten disk).

If playing on an emulator, FCEUX is working fine as it lets you swap the side and soft reset the emulated console.

Also, reminder this is an unlicensed adult game, so make sure to mark your uploads accordingly and censor the explicit pictures.

Load the disk, Start to play, when asked to swap to side B, swap the side, while it's loading reset the console. The timer starts after hitting Start the second time. The game won't ask to swap the disk again but it'll go straight into the gameplay.
