GCI save file to use in Dolphin and GC memory card managers. File 1 is for bingo & All Levels practice, and File 2 is for 100% practice on levels with Sonic Team eggs. 
File 1 has all levels available, and all completed levels have D rank and no chick coins collected. Cipher, Richie, Recky, 1-Up, Chicken Suit, and all the golden eggs are all hatched in the egg gallery. This was originally for bingo races, to not have watching credits be a factor.  
File 2 has 240 chick coins collected, which is all of them except the ones in 1-1, 1-8, 2-5, 3-3, 4-2, 5-4, 6-5, and 7-4. You can access every Sonic Team egg in these levels from the beginning, for easy practice on those levels.

Any% Route With Boss Splits

Files one and two are hacked files that let you load Forest 1 without watching the intro cutscene. File three is a practice file that has all levels unlocked and 99 lives. You can only use this save with the NTSC-U (American) version of the game.
