This is the tool featured in my VOD. It reads your score and looks for corresponding notes in a CSV file. It's not super intuitive so feel free to reach out to me if you have issues.

once you've got your game feed cropped correctly, your two files chosen, and the notes styled the way you want, click Save Settings. those settings should automatically be applied next time you open it.

i'd recommend closing the config window during actual use, since the previews eat up cpu resources.

the bigger the game feed, the better the chance of the score being read correctly. cropping uses the entire game feed for reference, but the score is the only thing that needs to be visible. feel free to put other windows on top of the rest.
