Played on the Super Game Boy 2 on a japanese Super Famicom.

The -2.3 seconds at the start are a bit too generous. The fighter appears at -0.18 seconds and the first death animation of boss 5 is at 19:29.82 resulting in a 19:30 time.

I think sub 20 is possible but not by me :-)
