While holding both A and B buttons on the SNES controller, keep pressing down rapidly to execute a flurry of crouch kicks. Another move you can use is forward, back, forward and back which will attract your opponent towards you and you can instantly grab them. Wait for the right moment for jester to use his invisible lasso move and jump kick him. Do this 20 times and the run is over.
