How should a run of AVGN3 be balanced? Would you have to pick up nothing in AVGN2? Would it be required for the runner to have all resources? Is it the runner's choice?

I think letting it be up to the runner is good enough. The upgrades make the levels more interesting IMO so banning them outright would limit things.

No restrictions unless you ever want to run the low% category. As for running solely the 3rd chapter, I am suggesting you can still run on a file that you completed since there is no intro for it. Wouldn't make sense to force you to complete the first 2 games over and over each time you want to attempt the last section.

Yeah we've decided that as long as you're not running low% you can use a completed file for attempts.
