So there's a rule where we can't use orbs obtained from bestiary. Can we create a category to use them or mod the rule? 3 active runners of the game agree to use it and find it better, faster and more "performancy" to present as a run.

Hi there. It wouldn't be fair to change the rule for all previous runners of the category. Just to provide some background the ruling was made to not allow bestiary orbs because it requires you to have another save file where you have unlocked/earned those orbs. You don't earn those orbs in the actual playthrough you are doing. We felt this was more in the territory of New Game+ and as a result it wasn't fair to use them in a New Game category (this was before actual NG+ was added by the devs). If there's enough interest we can look to add a separate category but it wouldn't be something that was combined with the existing Any% boards.
