Time: 2h 42m 18s (with loading times). The timer serves as an example, but is delayed by up to 3 seconds per cut. The splits can be seen in the description of the video.

It's a solid run throughout, in which I was only able to use one shortcut for the 100% category (last flare in the tutorial).
