Very simple practice hack with a couple basic features:

-Cheats are always enabled (allows score tally skip and enables level select).
-Level timer counts up from 00:00.00 instead of down. It also exposes the jiffy counter.
-Infinite lives.

Use IPS patching software (EG: Floating IPS) to add this patch to Aero the Acrobat ROM for SNES.

To skip levels, press start to pause the game.  While the game is paused, press select to skip to the next stage.

To access level select, press start to pause the game. While the game is paused, hold R and press select.  Continue to hold R until the level select menu comes up.  Pick which level you would like to go to, and press start button again.
