Mobile Leaderboard Voting

Hey ADOFAI Speedrunners! Me and my fellow mods have been thinking about creating mobile full game categories! We have 3 ways to do this:
- Have PC and Mobile on the same leaderboard (aka how things currently are)
- Separate using subcategories
- Get an entirely new leaderboard dedicated to the mobile version
