Let's see pros which are given for both version : PAL : No briefing cutscene with the UEPO thing at the beggining or the end of some missions (saves around 10 seconds) NTSC-U : "Mission Accomplished" is around 5 seconds faster than PAL. In any%, it saves 5x35 (not counting Electrosphere) = 175 seconds which is almost 3 minutes. So NTSC-U is faster than PAL for 2 minutes and 45 secondes
