We updated the rules yesterday to include ban of turbo and showing controller inputs for emulators. There's a mashing section that allows an advantage for turbo and it wasn't discovered until the other day. Runs should be evaluated closely at the A+B mashing portion to determine if it seems to be done manually or with turbo. Otherwise, have fun!
