How To Make Bind Powers/Items (FOR PC)

This can help improve speed for many runs.
It needs to be the numbers keys 1-0, to make a bind press 1 and if you don't have any binds for it it should say "Hotkey empty, add a power to it with [CONTROL + 1 ]" click on a power/item now press control + 1 and now press 1. You should have it binded your welcome.
