Add new Levels and new Categories.

I've recently added new levels and categories.
[Level Addition]
I've added the 8 levels included in the update.
[Category Addition]
I've added and expanded the full game categories.
- The full game category is now split into the initial 16 levels and all levels, including those added in the update.
- I've added "All Gold" and "All Platinum" as sub-categories.
If you have any feedback regarding the categories, please create a new thread in this forum.
