me and gaminator found this route and did a few runs with it, not sure where this goes considering any% glitchless already goes out of bounds but that also goes into the sewers to start the in-game timer. also, what counts as glitches? would like some clarification on that

there are no rules to start RTA timing, so our proposals were that timing starts AFTER the in-game load screen ends (because you can move during the "begin your journey" screen and not during the load screen) and timing ends when the fadeout finishes after touching the ending trigger. the precise time with this ruling is 0:51.600 RTA and, well... 0:00.000 IGT, due to the igt never starting cause we did not go to the sewers
