Assuming you grabbed 9 moons in level 1, you only need to grab the first 3 in level 2,
- Captain Toad is cold
- Between Icicles
- In a cave
If you didn't you would (ideally) grab the following moons(or any others that youre comfortable with or find faster)
- Captain Toad is col
- Between Icicles
- In a cave
- In a pit
- Sweeping robo goombas
