There should be a leaderboard for all characters first, with a subcategory for the trials of each individual character. Additionally, there should be a leaderboard for the highest floor reached – one for floor 5 (like the current one), and for floors 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, and 100 (though that might be a bit much or unnecessary). There should also be a leaderboard for highest damage dealt, which isn’t tied to a character.

I agree with the leader board for all characters separated.
