I saw Mago707 and some of the other top speerunners use this trick to skip some steps I was having trouble with. I've been trying to figure out how to recreate it but my efforts for a consistent high jump were fruitless. However, I did figure out that 1/10 times that when I press W and the Up Arrow at the same time I can happen. How do I do this consistently? Also hi from Canada! :D

press w/up arrow and space almost at the same time. it's very inconsistent, since it's frame perfect. i think you don't have to press them in the same frame, but one frame one key and the next another.
Hello everyone, there a new category for level devil ! His name is "stay in the hole" and you have to stay in the hole. So go on 4th level of "Pits" here there is a hole then you have to stay as long as possible in the hole. That's pretty simple. Enjoy !
