To download a downpatch via torrent, download the torrent and open with your preferred torrrent client.
Note:  You will ONLY need to select the file "1.10.163.0.0 - Full Backup" to play this game and can deselect other files as they are only required for Fallout 4 speedruns.

If no one is seeding, ask in the Fallout 4 or Fallout London Discord channel for someone to seed the files.
