Does mini mario go faster when jumping?
He doesn't. Jumping does increase initial acceleration in most cases, but Mario's top speed is the same.
Wait if jumping increases acceleration does that mean jumping right at the start of the level would be faster? Sort of like the SMB backwards jump acceleration?
I know that works when starting on ice (like 5-3), but I didn't think jumping at the start made a difference in normal levels.
