Hey!
I speedrun a game called "Rollcage Stage 2" and the game has a decent chunk of loading times in it after each level change. The loading times can vary a lot depending on the machine you are running it on. I want to make the speedrun less reliant on hardware so I'm looking for solutions to this issue, but so far have come up short. I would feel silly if it turned out that there was an easy solution and I just never bothered to ask.
Note: I have zero skill in programming of any sort so something like making an autosplitter for the game is out of the question for me.
if the game has a good in game timer of some sort you could use that for timing. you can also pay someone to make the autosplitter/loadremover in the speedrun tool developement discord. you can also manually retime the loads out of runs with the same tool the nsmbw community uses i dont have a link to it but it might be linked in their discord
