Dolphin is not permitted, but you can also just post your splits and/or record with a phone or webcam.
@omniscient I basically need proof that you're playing at that high of a level NOT on dolphin, because you got a time that's extremely good.
should be video proof for all submissions, no exceptions. Stop playing if you do not have a capture card, they really are not that much for an alright card.
