Had a strange wall clip occur to be during a blind play
Interesting... this may not be possible in Gold Edition which is the version we speedrun and if it is I suspect it has something to do with grabbing an enemy while another enemy is spawning inside the same hitbox, but we'll investigate it none the less. Thanks for letting us know!
