I am talking about the Simmer room in Luncheon and the SM64 room in Mushroom. They are not sub-areas, as they do not follow the Cappy talking rule-set. They are still included in the ASA speedrun though. Why?

you enter them through a loading zone, they have 2 moons and they don't play a role in the story.

well the rules very specificaly say 'Collect all moons that are inside of sub areas. Sub areas are any area that will have Cappy say "I remember this place!" or "Doesn't seem like there's anything left to do here..." any time you enter it during the post game beyond the first time entering it.'

that's actualy a very good observation, are those still included in?
