Is there a possible way for a co-op any% for this game? Me and someone else are wanting to do one but it it is not there

Just came across this request whilst looking through the forum. I appreciate this is an OLD request, but is now fulfilled. We have just instilled co-op categories for individual levels, and the full game run.
