Ltr remove only the loads so cutscene is a part of the final time. You would time this with livesplit by entering the name of the game into it and ask someone else for this part because I don't know what comes after.
@GeoPlanes LRT just removes the time of loads from the run (in other words LRT equals time without loads). As for timing it using LiveSplit, you need to first have the right patch (the version the mods/verifiers in the discord server give you) and then enter in "Hello Neighbor" for the Game Name and press the little "Activate" button.
In case you weren't aware, all run verification has been halted since 2 months ago, for reasons involving certain cheating methods suddenly becoming very accessible.
