Can I record a run of Saw on ps3 on my mobile and submit it? I don't own any capture devices ect I just love speedrunning certain games and Saw is one I've got good times with lately

Check the rules of the game specifically, or create a game-page specific forum thread/ask a moderator if that's still unclear.

unless the moderators are overly strict yes a phone recording is generally more than fine

What is CFW?

CFW is custom firmware. Think a software mod that you apply to the system.

I do not own CFW so I cannot do that
