question about pool

How do you get infinite speedhop in the pool rooms ?
I'm doing the speedhop technique but in this lvl i'm still getting exausted and i've seen people do it without getting exhausted
I think you just press shift for at much shorter amount of time, like only for like .2 seconds so you don't use a much stamina. I could be wrong tho and maybe there is another way to do it :)
No Major Glitches rules revamp
No Major Glitches rules were updated to include all disallowed glitches instead of all allowed glitches. Hopefully that makes this category less confusing. Also running with TVs in Level 188 Expanded is allowed with these new rules.
