Freeflow Focus is the only thing not unlocked in NG+ saves, does it hinder or slow down the fight in any way?
I just haven't checked myself, but I looked at the other guys, they don't have it unlocked
The whole shtcik of Free Flow focus is slowing down the game to give you more time to react, so yeah - it does slow down the game

Leaderboard Blacklist
Moving forward we will be implementing a blacklist for users who violate the rules, people on this list will not be allowed to submit runs to our leaderboards. Anyone on the list will be contacted and be made aware of that, otherwise the list will remain anonymous. We won't retroactively delete runs
