question about any%inbounds
so on blighted holdfast at the very start there is a section where in older versions it is OOB but the creator added deco there so is it still OOB or not
per blargis' devlog, he refers to the change as 'making the skip inbounds' so i think it counts as inbounds now
New category: Bloodless%
We have added a new category, bloodless%, that requires you to not gain any blood during the run. In levels like Sandbox and Doom Chapel, it is minimum blood%.
