So since the golf 3 and 9 holes online are now categories, what about golf single hole online co-op and all sports online co-op?

In my opinion, just 1 hole seems pretty arbitrary, and Online All Sports would be the same as All Sports, but you have someone just letting the other person win without any challenge, and a longer Bowling and Golf segment.

3 Holes and 9 Holes on the other hand isn't just single holes, and requires team effort from everyone playing.

yea i pretty much agree with all of that, btw since we're on the topic of online co-op can you change our lakeside B online run to include my username instead of the default text?
