I just found a video talking about how to get good weapons and the person said that in the assets the moons are tier 10 the highest star tier is 6 I will also look into the assets but I will also link the video if you want to see it.

I will test the loot from a frozen planet and a moon and compare them to see this since I know nothing about looking into assets.
