If a map is ranked in Ripple, but not on osu!, can you use it?

It's osu!, not ripple. I guess the answer should be obvious.

Sorry for the necro post but no one posts on these forums anyway. If ripple is not allowed then the rules should really be updated since this part:

ripple allowed (have to use ranked maps)

makes it seem like it is allowed. Could we make the rules more clear since I just wasted a hell of a lot of time doing a run that used a map that I now realized is ranked on ripple but not osu! official servers.

I feel the counter argument to what I am saying would be that it says "have to use ranked maps" but that doesn't state on which servers they are ranked and made me (and everyone watching my stream) believe that you are allowed to use maps that are ranked on ripple.
