Why leaderboard is empty?
it has something to do with the variables.
to see runs click filter then difficulty then any and you will see them

PC and Mobile have been split
This is due to Mobile being slower than PC and because Mobile has weapons that PC doesn't have
When the upcoming Steam version is released, there might be a third category or it will be combined with mobile.
