Saw a guy on yt doing this so, 1. you have to use a ddr pad for all inputs. glitches are allowed, timer starts when the first cutscene loads. It ends when you catch zelda. Super simple ruleset, hard to execute.
I don't think most people have access to a ddr pad, and it'd be pretty annoying to set up. You'd have to get a camera that displays both you and the ddr pad and the game (probably using a capture card). Also, it's very difficult to beat the game with a ddr pad, and I doubt anyone would be willing to run it because of all this. It'd be fun for challenge runs, but not very viable for speedruns.
