saw that new game+ was also a run option but are there specific settings required for it or is just choose what is best?

I'm up for making some rules, I did not have any in mind when I did my run. Patching on lowest would probably be the easiest since it means the least flux in meta over time. Since the entire point of doing it is to make it more chaotic high patch rate and lowest ban time could be cool!
