Hey everybody, I am completely new to speedrunning OvO and one of my runs recently got rejected for a glitchless category because it had glitches. Could somebody help me and go over what count as glitches and what everything is because I don't know any names of glitches either. My run was rejected because it had "superjumps" and I don't know what those are so I don't know what to change.

(Edit) The run I did I then re-submitted but to the 1.4.4 tutorial with glitches category where it now is in 12th
@Daxxon, 1fsj is another name for super jump/super pound. Here's a video of it:
The first jump of the video is 1fsj, and how you do it is that you press up and down the split second you land from a ground pound/smash. The second jump is not a glitch, its called mj/momentum jump. Note that both of them are pretty useful.Message from CoolTasDude:
